Premium symbols consist of gold coins, a decorative bowl, a turtle statue, and a fish, which can award players with approximately 3x, 4x, 6x, or 7.5x their stake size, should five form a matching combination. 

Pearl Palace has three special symbols, the first of which is displayed as a golden pig. This is the wild icon for the game, having the ability to replace any of the aforementioned symbols across a payline. Fixed value icons can appear as coins, while scatter symbols are clearly marked with the word 'Bonus'. Both of these symbols are linked to a different mode, as discussed below! 

The first bonus mode in Pearl Palace revolves around the two different progressive jackpots at the top of the screen. Landing five or more fixed value symbols will start this round, with the triggering icons locking in place for the duration of the bonus. Players will start with three respins, and should an additional fixed value icon symbol appear; it will also lock in place before resetting the total number of spins. 

In order to be awarded with the major jackpot, the corresponding symbol must appear in any position. The mega jackpot, however, can only be awarded if all 15 positions on the board are filled with fixed-value icons. A contribution of 2% and 12% of each wager is added to the major and mega jackpots, respectively. Of course, when they are awarded, they will reset to their starting amounts. When the board is full, or the number of respins hit 0, all values on the screen will be added together and awarded to the player 

Pearl Palace also comes with a rather simple free spins mode, which can be triggered if three scatter symbols land simultaneously. The standout mechanic in this bonus is the potential to retrigger when three more scatter icons appear on the reels.
