La Fiesta

It's time for players to top up on their sunscreen and board the new plane for Spain. La Fiesta is set on top of a wooden stage inside a busy town center, where celebrations are in full swing. The first symbols within La Fiesta are different potions that are shaped like the four different playing card suits, spades, hearts, diamonds, and clubs. Next are the premium symbols, displayed as a female, a male, a matador, and a bull. If five of these create a matching combination, players can be awarded 2x, 2.5x, 3x, and 10x their stake size, respectively.

In regards to special symbols, there are two wilds, a whole tomato, and a squished tomato.

These can replace any standard symbol to create a matching combination along a payline. Four variations of scatter symbols are also included, with the standard scatter being displayed as a guitar. The other three variations are linked to different bonus modes, all of which are covered below.

During the base game, various modifiers can be triggered randomly during any spin. All of these possible modifiers are linked to the festival theme, with the first consisting of wild tomato symbols being thrown across the reels. The bull symbol can become mega stacked for a spin and finally, a wild donkey can be added with an associated multiplier. If the donkey stays on his back two feet, respins will commence with the multiplier increasing after each round. Should the donkey lie down, the multiplier will be increased for a final time, before the last spin is played out. 

There is also a main free spins bonus, with four different modes that players can potentially be taken to. Bonuses can be triggered if a total of 4 scatter symbols appear across the reels, with the scatter on the final reel determining the mode. Falleras, La Tomatina, Pamplona, and San Joan are the names of the different bonuses in order of desirability. These can be triggered if the last scatter is a rose, tomato, or bull, with San Joan only being unlocked if players choose to gamble.

With Falleras, a random number of spins will be awarded to start. This mode revolves around a respin mechanic, with red roses awarding another spin if they drop into place. Gold roses can also be found, which will award another spin while also increasing the win multiplier. La Tomatina is a bonus that will give players seven spins, with all tomato wild symbols becoming sticky for the duration of the round.

Pamplona is the next bonus, which awards six free spins with the top symbol, the bull, being mega stacked throughout. This increases the chance that it will land across any of the reels. Finally, there is San Joan, which is considered to be the most desirable bonus mode. This mode features a horse that acts as a wild and also has a progressive multiplier attached. The symbol is three rows high and will move down during each spin, with the multiplier increasing each time. When the icon is fully upright, one last spin will trigger, with a final 1x being applied to the multiplier.

As previously mentioned, there is also a gamble feature, where players have the potential to upgrade their bonus mode. Of course, this comes with the risk of losing it or receiving a less desirable bonus as a result.
