But the symbols you will be really interested in finding are the burglar symbol and the safe symbol. The burglar symbol is this game’s wild symbol and replaces all other symbols (except the scatter symbol) to form winning combinations. The safe symbol is this game’s scatter symbol and this is the symbol which you will need to find to activate the bonus functions.

This main bonus function in Empty the Bank is the respin function, and is activated by obtaining the bonus symbol on reels 1, 3 and 5 on the same spin.  

Upon obtaining that winning combination, you’ll be taken into a bank vault where you’ll find a grid of 7x7, although to start you will only be able to access the middle 5x4 positions.
