There are also different treasure symbols, with different values being displayed on each. The values do not matter until the bonus mode. Landing 3 or more scatter symbols across any of the reels will unlock the bonus mode within Big Egyptian Fortune. It's possible to get 3, 4, or 5 scatter symbols, with more scatters helping players to unlock a higher multiplier symbol. Three scatters will mean players can receive a 20x, 30x, 50x, or 100x valued multiplier, with four scatters removing the 20x, and five scatters removing the 30x. 

To start, the big treasure symbol must be found. Players are taken to a 4x3 grid that is almost like a scratch card within a slot. Different icons must be picked, with one of the aforementioned multipliers hidden behind. Whichever icon appears three times will be the big treasure symbol for the entirety of the bonus mode.

Within the bonus mode, there are two ways that players can be awarded. The first is based on a new symbol, which will only appear during free spins. This icon is a man holding a whip, against a green background, which acts as the collect symbol. Additionally, this icon also assumes the role of a wild symbol, meaning it can help to create matching combinations.

Whenever this icon shows up, all red value icons will be collected and awarded to the player. It's worth mentioning that more than one collect symbol can appear per spin, too. Of course, players will also be awarded for winning combinations, too, like in the base game.

Free spins will continue until the previously selected symbol is collected. However, if the symbol appears across any reel, it will become sticky, meaning that the next time a collector symbol drops into view, the value will be awarded to the player, and free spins will be brought to an end.

While the theme of Big Egyptian Fortune isn’t the most inventive, the bonus certainly has an interesting spin to it. The popular collect mechanic being added exclusively to the free spins mode is another nice touch!
