Eye of Horus Fortune Play is another in the ancient Egyptian-themed series using the mighty god as the titular character, but this is the first of all the releases to make use of the growing trend that sees games make up to 4 grids available to spin at the same time. Eye of Horus Fortune Play refers to the grids as tablets, but regardless, all grids/tablets are made up of 5 reels and 3 rows, while each has ten paylines on which 3, 4 or 5 of a kind winning combinations can form.

The wagering window isn’t too wide in Eye of Horus Fortune Play, and there's a reason for this. In order to play in Fortune Play, you'll need to part with 10x the amount you're actually wagering per spin. So, if you wager 1.00 in Fortune Play, you actually be wagering 10.00. The highest stake option is 10.00, so in theory, it's actually 100 if playing in Fortune play. The lowest possible stake is 0.10 per spin. We’ve mentioned quite a few aspects of Eye of Horus Fortune Play, but emphasising the Egyptian theme is something we don’t feel necessary as most of you will have played online slots using this theme. The lower paying symbols are playing card royals J, Q, K and A, while the higher paying icons are all the standard symbols, including fans, ankhs, a scarab beetle, a falcon and a jackal. The highest paying regular symbol is the eye.

There’s one thing that baffles us a bit about Eye of Horus Fortune Play, and that's that it costs more to play with 4 grids in Fortune Play mode. There are other slots online you can play here that offer 4 grids, not asking for higher wagers, although, to be fair, this is the first slot we've seen that gives you the choice of switching from 1 to 4 grids, and back to 1, thanks to Blueprint Gaming. Something about the free spins we liked was the upgrading of the symbols in value, while you won't play many slots that add extra spins for landing only 1 or 2 scatters during the feature.
